Vaccinations
—The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law), along with proof provided.

 We do not require proof of vaccinations outside of the Rabies vaccination. Other vaccination protocol is up to the owner and their veterinarian. As long as you are comfortable with your pets’ level of protection, so are we.

 

Emergency Care
—In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Tails of the Clip INC to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

 

Payments
—Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be cash, check or credit card. Returned checks will incur a $35 charge. 

 

Matted Coats 
Matting occurs from lack of grooming, or not routinely being brushed.  When matting is severe and/or close to the skin the safest way to remove the mats is to cut them out. “De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Tails of the Clip INC cannot be held liable.

 

Cancellations and No-Shows
—Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee. Cancellations less then 24 hour notice will inquire a $25.00 per dog fee that must be paid before rescheduling any future appointments.
——In the event of inclimate weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period.
——We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.    
---No-Shows---It is considered a "no-show" when the client is does not arrive at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.
——We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments are scheduled. Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.

Late Pick-up

___Late Pick-up Fees --- Due to limited space all pets must be picked up within 2 hours of notification to avoid additional fees up to $20.00.

___After Hours Fees ---- Clients picking up after business hours will incur a fee of $15.00 for EVERY 10 minutes past 5:00 pm
